7460 IW events have been held

approximately 14.5 million participants have been registered.

Added to these numbers are a high number of other walkers:
participants, which have not been registered (for instance, parents without Start Cards accompanying children).

The effective number of participants in an IVV event is considerably higher than the registered number.
